Why maintenance matters, especially with insurance
Regular maintenance is generally not covered by insurance policies. That leaves property owners exposed to high repair costs for the problems a yearly look would have caught.
Insurance is for sudden. Maintenance is on you.
Homeowners and commercial property policies are generally written to cover sudden and accidental damage. Wear and tear, slow leaks and deferred maintenance are commonly excluded or limited. Every policy is different, and yours is the one that counts, so read it and ask your agent.
What we hear from the industry is consistent: insurers increasingly expect property owners to show due diligence. A documented maintenance history, with dated photos, is one of the clearest ways to show it.
What we can't do
We're a restoration and maintenance team, not your insurance agent or your attorney. We don't predict what a claim will pay, and nothing on this site is legal or insurance advice. We document your property and help you maintain it.
Do you know what right looks like?
When an appliance is replaced, most owners have no way to tell whether it was installed correctly. One mistake, a loose compression fitting or a kinked line pushed back against the wall, and water can reach several rooms before anyone sees it.
That's the gap the 360 plan closes. On every visit we look at how the things that use water are connected, with a thermal camera and a moisture meter to check what we can't see.
Acting fast is everything
Acting fast is key in limiting further damage and costly repairs. The difference between a small dry-out and a remodel is often hours, not days. Members get priority response, with a goal of being on the way and prepared within 90 minutes, and we already know their property and where the shut-offs are.
Murphy's law
Leaks don't wait for a convenient day. Vacations, business trips and holidays are exactly when they happen, which is why labeled shut-offs and a plan matter before you leave.
I am already telling my neighbors and coworkers about the 360! Having it would have saved me thousands of dollars!
The cheapest repair is the one you schedule. The most expensive one is the one you discover.
