360° for $360.Your all-around home maintenance plan.
Once a year, Northern Colorado's water experts walk your whole property. We check it with our eyes, a thermal camera and a moisture meter, label your shut-off valves, photograph anything that concerns us, and hand you a plan forward. If something ever does go wrong, you're first in line.
Annual plan for an average home up to about 2,500 sq ft, paid up front. Larger homes, twice-a-year and quarterly plans, rentals and businesses: call for a quote.

Most restoration companies only show up after the damage. We'd rather help you prevent it.
Water heaters don't fail on a quiet Tuesday afternoon when you're home with a bucket. They fail the week you're on vacation, on a business trip, or with the whole family over for the holidays. That's Murphy's law, and it's the reason this plan exists.
We're a restoration team. We spend our days drying out basements, pulling up soaked flooring and rebuilding kitchens after a supply line lets go. Most of those losses started small: a fitting corroding on a water heater, a hose behind the washer past its age, a line an installer didn't tighten. Every one of them was visible to somebody who knew where to look.
The 360° Priority Service Agreement puts that somebody in your house before the loss instead of after it. One visit a year (or more, if you want), a documented plan, and priority when you need help. The word our members use for it is peace.
We are water experts. Here's what one visit covers.
Connections, drains, filters, smoke-detector batteries, room lighting switches and fans. Kitchens, baths, the water heater, HVAC, attic and the sprinkler backflow.
A thermal camera shows temperature differences behind walls and ceilings, where hidden water often shows up first.
A moisture meter confirms what the camera suggests, so we report readings, not guesses.
Shut-offs, labeled
On the first visit we find your main water and gas shut-offs and label them, so anyone in the house can stop a leak in seconds.
Photos of anything concerning
Every inspection is documented. You get photos of what concerns us and a plan forward, and we keep your property file so we know your home before we ever arrive on an emergency.

This PSA would have prevented [a large supply store]'s third-party installers leaving not one, but two issues that now requires my entire kitchen to be dried and remodeled.
I am already telling my neighbors and coworkers about the 360! Having it would have saved me thousands of dollars!
Every client that purchases property from me will receive this program!
A 2016 water heater, and a fitting that was about to go.
On one of our inspections we found a water heater from 2016 with restricted flow and corrosion at the fitting from a worn anode rod: evidence of a future failure, sitting in plain sight. It hadn't leaked yet. Found on a scheduled visit, that's a repair you plan. Found after it lets go, it can mean wet drywall, flooring and everything stored nearby.
Anode rods are the part most people have never heard of. They should be checked about two years after a water heater is installed and replaced every three to five years, sooner with hard water or a water softener.
