What moves the price
We'd rather tell you what changes a quote than hide it.
Size
The $360 annual price is built around an average Colorado home of about 2,500 square feet. More square footage means more rooms, more fixtures and more time.
Visits per year
One, two or four. Quarterly members get a visit each season, booked at each inspection around their schedule and the weather.
Property type
Homes, rentals and commercial buildings have different layouts, equipment and access. Commercial properties are always quoted.

Priority response
When an issue or a disaster hits, members are the priority. Our goal is to be on the way, and prepared, within 90 minutes. How priority works
$75 off same-day service
If an inspection turns up something that needs attention now, members get $75 off any immediate service scheduled that same day.
Partner discounts
Trust is earned. We've earned the right to call on other trusted partners at a discounted price for you. Discounts vary by partner.
HVAC-filter reminders Coming soon
Monthly reminders to change your furnace and AC filters, as an added benefit for members.
Whole-home water and air systems
Members can add whole-home water and air systems, installed and serviced monthly by our team, for +$80 a month. Ask us about it on your call or at your inspection.
Terms
Payment
Plans are paid up front. Online payment is on the way; for now, sign up by phone or send a request and a manager calls you.
Length
One year from your original contract date.
Renewal
At your last inspection, or on your annual date twelve months from the original contract.
Refunds
Refund requests within 7 days of signing up.
Scheduling
Visits are scheduled around you and the weather.
Selling?
The agreement goes with the property.
