Priority response: members come first.
When an issue or a disaster hits, you're not in the queue. You're the priority. Our goal is to be on the way, and prepared, within 90 minutes.
Water running right now? Don't type, call. The line is answered 24 hours a day.
What "priority" means
The 90-minute goal
Our goal is to be on the way and prepared within 90 minutes of your call. It's a goal we work hard to hit, not a guarantee: weather, roads and canyon drives are real. Being prepared is the part we control, and that's where membership helps most.
Front of the line in freezes and storms
When a cold snap or a major storm hits and everyone's calling at once, members are at the front of the line.
We already know your property
Your layout, your labeled shut-offs and your photo file are on record before you call. We arrive knowing where things are.
We already know who to call
Your insurer, agent, HOA and property manager are on file, so the paperwork side starts faster too.
$75 off same-day service
Members get $75 off any immediate service scheduled that same day.
Off I-25, between Highway 392 and Highway 34.
Our base sits right in the middle of Northern Colorado, on Rockwell Ct in east Loveland. From there, I-25 runs north to Fort Collins and Wellington and south to Mead and Frederick. Highway 34 goes east to Greeley and Kersey and west up the Big Thompson Canyon to Estes Park. Highway 392 heads to Windsor, and US-85 runs the Weld County corridor down to Fort Lupton.
That's how we can say "from the Plains to the National Park" and mean it: 24 towns across Larimer, Weld and Boulder counties.
Murphy's law doesn't take holidays
Things break when you're on vacation, on a business trip, or hosting the whole family at the holidays. After a loss, the line we hear most is: "We never want to experience this again!"
Acting fast is the key to limiting further damage and costly repairs. Material that can be dried on day one often has to be torn out by day four. That's why the 360 plan pairs prevention with priority: fewer surprises, and a faster start when one gets through anyway.
While you wait for us
- Shut off the water at the main. If you're a member, it's labeled.
- Only if the breaker panel is dry and safe to reach, cut power to the wet area.
- Take photos of everything before anything is moved.
- Keep damaged materials. Don't throw them out; they may matter for a claim.
- If it's sewage or storm water, stay out of it.
Be first in line before you need to be.
Annual plans start at $360 for an average home up to about 2,500 sq ft.
