How the 360 plan works

No need to panic, you have a plan now. Here's exactly what happens from the day you sign up to the day you renew.

Seven steps, one year.

The whole agreement runs twelve months from your contract date.

  1. Sign up by phone or online

Call 970-627-6185 or use Book Now. Choose Annual (one inspection), Twice a year (two) or Quarterly (four, one each season). Annual is $360 for an average home up to about 2,500 sq ft; other plans, larger homes and commercial properties are quoted on the call. The plan is paid up front.

  2. We collect what we need, once

Your Service Manager gathers the basics: email, property address, property type and phone, plus your insurer, insurance agent and policy number, HOA and property management contacts if you have them. It's held in a secure industry CRM, so if you ever call us in an emergency, we already know who to talk to.

  3. A manager schedules your first inspection

Within the first week, a manager reaches out to set your first inspection date around your schedule.

  4. The first inspection: 1 to 2 hours

This visit is the big one. We document your home's layout, locate your main water and gas shut-offs and label them, and go through the property room by room with a visual check, thermal imaging and moisture readings. See what we check.

  5. Photos and a plan forward

Anything that concerns us gets photographed and explained in plain language, with a plan forward: what to fix now, what to watch, and what can wait. If we find an issue, we can put together an estimate, contact a trusted professional for an estimate or repair, or both. Members get $75 off any immediate service scheduled that same day.

  6. Follow-up visits on your schedule

Twice-a-year and quarterly visits are scheduled around you and around the weather. Quarterly members book the next visit at each inspection, so nothing slips.

  7. Priority response, all year

If something happens between visits, call 970-627-6185. Members are the priority, with a goal of being on the way and prepared within 90 minutes. See priority response.

Renewal and refunds, in plain words

Term

One year from your original contract date.

Renewal

You can renew at your last inspection of the year, or on your annual date, twelve months from the original contract.

Changed your mind?

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of signing up.

Selling the property?

The agreement goes with the property, so the new owner or resident has a contact for repairs or potential losses.

What you walk away with after the first visit

  • Labeled main water and gas shut-off valves, and everyone in the house knowing where they are.
  • A documented layout of your home, kept on file so a technician knows your property before arriving.
  • Photos of anything concerning, and a plan forward you can actually follow.
  • A sense of where your water heater, supply lines and appliances stand, with a heads-up on what's aging.
  • Priority status for the rest of the year.
