For homeowners: know what right looks like.
Most people have no idea what a correctly installed dishwasher line or a healthy water heater looks like. That's not a knock; it's not your job. It is ours.
Annual plan: $360 for an average home up to about 2,500 sq ft.
When you replace an appliance
New refrigerators, dishwashers, washers and water heaters often get installed by third-party crews working fast. One loose fitting or kinked line and you're looking at costly repairs, with water reaching several rooms before anyone notices.
On every visit we check how the things that use water are connected, and we tell you what we see. If something's wrong, you'll know while it's still a small fix.
This PSA would have prevented [a large supply store]'s third-party installers leaving not one, but two issues that now requires my entire kitchen to be dried and remodeled.
Nick had just bought his home in Berthoud. The installers a big-box store sent left two problems behind, and by the time anyone knew, the kitchen needed to be dried out and remodeled.
That's the story the 360 plan is built to prevent.
When you're away
Vacations, business trips, a week at the in-laws over the holidays. Murphy's law says that's exactly when a supply line lets go. Before you leave, you'll know where your shut-offs are, they'll be labeled for whoever checks on the house, and you'll be first in line if the neighbor calls.
New to the house?
The first inspection documents your layout and labels your shut-offs, which is the walkthrough most people wish the seller had given them. If the water heater's age is on the label, we'll tell you where it stands, and when the anode rod should be checked.

I am already telling my neighbors and coworkers about the 360! Having it would have saved me thousands of dollars!
